I just wanted to tell how the lenovo service is bad.I have bought laptop and the dvd ram was gone bad after 2 or three cd roms i used.later i have taken to service center and they repaired in 4 days but this service center was very far and it was reffered by the shop owner where i bought my laptop.Though after this servicing i used to burn dvds and the first one was have given problem to burn but it anyway done and the second time burining this matshita dvd ram drive had damaged my dvd and i used one more and this also damaged by my dvdram drive.I finally came to know that my matshita dvd ram drive is gone wrong and this lenovo still supports for new laptops

Now here starts the story of second service center.I called the helpline of lenovo and after few mins chat they said to take service center at opp chief minister office and this in hyderabad since i live in hyderabad.When i have taken to service center the service man told it will take 4 days to repair and the date is 15.11.08 and i waited for one week from them a call but it hasnt came so i dialled on the other day and the office lady told it will take 2 more days like wise i did a call every two days and in the end i brought the laptop without repair now it has been nearly 20 days reached still they didnt had the chip to replace untill today 2.12.2008

I will suggest people to never buy lenovo since this matshita dvd ram drive will never works and their service centers are useless
