it might be hardware or software problem try rebooting with cd since the recovery button doesnot recover anything it just restore the old files
have you showed to service centers
before doing anything make backups etc

i have lenovo y 410 note book,the (novo)one key recovery not work ,
while power off i press novo key the system restart again.
